HP Middle-East MFP special rebate programme - terms & conditions

Please note that only new HP products purchased during the period of the promotion are allowed to take part in the programme. Demo products as well as remarketing or used products are excluded from the programme.

Rebate claims must be submitted not later than 45 (forty-five) days after the date of invoice of the new HP product purchased.

The period of the programme, the new HP products subject to the programme, the eligible old products and the exact rebate value are specified at the end of this document. HP retains the right to change or terminate this programme at any time and without prior notice.

The programme is open to anyone over the age of 18 years, who is not an employee of any of the Hewlett-Packard companies, their associated agencies and their immediate families. It is not open to HP resellers and distributors, their employees and their immediate families.

The programme period is till Oct 31^st , 2009.

The proof of purchase (invoice) and proof of delivery (delivery note) must contain the following information:
name and address of the participant,
name and address of the HP reseller,
product model, serial number and purchase price of the product.

Rebate claims that are incomplete or that contain false statements will not be processed. Furthermore, HP may reject any rebate claims that HP at its sole and entire discretion considers not meeting HP’s requirements.

Products on which upfront discounts from HP have been already offered are not eligible for additional trade-in rebate.

 HP reserves the right to check and verify the validity of every claim by inspecting the old/previous product via HP representatives or an agency authorized to carry out the inspection.

The new HP product(s) purchased and used in a claim must be purchased from an hp OPS (Office Printing Specialist) reseller located in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Yemen. A list of the current OPS partners is given below. The list is subject to revision at the discretion of hp. Product(s) purchased from any other resellers are not eligible for the programme. Product(s) purchased from sources outside this territory are not eligible for the programme. Only participants who are customers (end-users) from UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Yemen may participate to the programme.

Payments can only be made to a bank account within the country of the participant (i.e. UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Yemen.) The participant must be the owner of the bank account stated for the bank transfer

This programme terms and conditions are written in English. By participating to the programme participant accepts that the English language will be the only language governing the programme.

This programme shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Geneva/Switzerland shall exclusive competent jurisdiction.

HP reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice and without allocation of rebates at its sole discretion.
